Doors open @ 5:45.  Refreshments - Sign in

Meeting will begin promptly at 6:00

ATTENTION: All Francisville Residents and Property Owners

Why are PROPERTY TAXES going UP in our community and DOWN in other neighborhoods?

Are you afraid that you WILL NOT be able to pay your property taxes?  Whether you rent or own property in Francisville the new property tax valuations threaten to make it impossible for low and moderate income individuals and families to remain in the neighborhood we have all worked so hard to improve for everyone! Is this fair?

IS there a better way? Can the City Draft and Enact Legislation to ensure that our neighborhood and all neighborhoods are equally valued so that low and moderate income families are not segregated based upon their financial status?

All across the city neighborhoods are organizing in protest over the new "AVI's"!

Come to this meeting and let's work together to discuss, strategize and join the fight to make the city fix this!

Join the Fight to ensure low and moderate income Families are not taxed out of any neighborhood in Philadelphia!

TAKE A STAND!  Come to this meeing AND....

Be sure to file your Property Tax Valuation Appeal by March 31st, 2013.
