October Market Update: Statistics Continue Strong Climb to Holiday Season


Both Closed Transactions, up 12.5%, and Pending sales, up 21.6%, were higher in October 2012 compared to October 2011. Seasonally Adjusted Sales continue to be in the 57,000 range and prices continue to rebound since the beginning of the second quarter of this year.
